Another interesting feature of the sponsorship agreement by UMS will be Clif Bar’s involvement in the “St. Anthony’s Meek and Mighty Triathlon”, a youth triathlon for ages 7+. As a sponsor of this event, Clif Bar will be providing products from their “Clif Kid” division.

About The St. Anthony’s Triathlon
In its 28th year, the St. Anthony’s Triathlon is host to thousands of athletes and spectators. The event is known for its scenic course along the downtown St. Petersburg, Fla. waterfront and for attracting high caliber competition from around the world. St. Anthony’s Triathlon, produced by St. Anthony’s Hospital, is now part of the World Triathlon Corporation’s (WTC) new 5150 Triathlon Series. The 5150 Series will be the largest international distance triathlon series in the world and will be the first non-drafting international race series of its kind. The St. Anthony’s Triathlon began in 1984 as part of the U.S. Triathlon Series. St. Anthony’s Hospital gained ownership and moved the event to downtown St. Petersburg.
